Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges are NOT permitted on: JEWELRY & ACCESSORIES, FINAL SALE ITEMS, These items are final sale.

District 1114 Style Haus does not offer REFUNDS; However, an exchange or store credit will be issued for items received if incorrect or defective. 

Request for an exchange of incorrect or defective items must be made within 3 days (72 hours) of item(s) delivery, and items must be returned to our warehouse within 7 business days of original delivery. If returned items are not received within 7 business days of item(s) initial delivery date, the option for an exchange is forfeited.

**Do not return any merchandise outside of the return window

Please include your original invoice # when exchanging with your item(s).

District 1114 Style Haus does not provide pre-paid return labels.  Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs resulting in return/exchange of item(s).

We are not responsible for lost or unclaimed packages.  In the event of a lost package, please file a claim directly with:
